By using this website, booking a room, or contacting us, you are beginning an information-sharing relationship.

We will never sell your information to a third party.

The only tracking done by our website is for site performance - through the website platform and Google Analytics. All information is anonymized.

Information submitted through forms, except payment information - including hotel bookings - is visible to the team at Klondike Kate's Cabins. Credit card numbers are not shown, as they are processed by a trusted third-party vendor.

We will only send you communications relevant to your stay - we will not remarket to you with ad tracking, we will not add you to a mailing list, and we do not have any partners who use your data.

When a reservation is cancelled, your information stays in our system for our records but is not used for marketing or sales purposes. You may request a removal of that information by contacting us.
